And here for you my and my friends infos on the not yet available Evie.

EVIE. Let's start with the Scythe, because I don't know very much of it.
Very balanced char, has atk (with Curse) and def (Magic Shield + Teleport). At the start is a char with no defence (she doesn't have any because she's a cloth user) with very high atk, but somewhat slow. Once you unlock all the skills and practiced a bit, she will become a very fast, lethal and sturdy char.
When in SOLO dungeon you are good, you have high dmg and against bosses you can use Teleport -> LLLLR -> Teleport. Same when in parties. When on a RAID, use Teleport -> small combo -> Teleport. With the new Ep8 skills you will unlock a skill that you can use right after a Teleport, very useful but weak dmg.

She can't use the Chain Hooks but she can use Mercuries, very very useful.

Evie Scythe is a Melee DMG, although she has a cool skill, the fingers snap, that not only does super damage but also is air based.
--------------------
Let's continue with the STAFF REVAMP.
An essential character in a party, very good in solo, the best of this aspect of the game for me. She can heal every 1.30 minutes, not much, but neither too much, use it in RAID to heal the other mates and in SOLO dungeon to heal yourself without using pots.

She has a skill that freezes the monster-boss 50%, it can be casted every 10 sec and is ESSENTIAL because it can chill out the battle for a bit or to give 3-4 sec to atk and drain away a full bar of the boss. She makes lots of dmg, either spamming the normal atk (L button), or using the 4th stage skill every 30 sec.
She's a Ranged DMG, so you will not suffer much from boss AoE atks, also if you aggroed the boss, you got a mini dash + another mini dash (very similar to the second dash of the SWORD Lann) or else you can use the Mana Amber, a 30stamina skill that makes you invulnerable for 3 sec but you can't move, or use any skill.
You also have the Mana Shield, anyway, once depleted all these options, you are dead because you can only wear cloth and don't have any defence.

Focus on the INT and only on this, mind more about upgrading your staff to +6 and more rather doing a full set with INT.

You also have Alchemy at your disposal. Use Golems and pistols. The Golem is really useful in SOLO dungeon because it can keep the aggro forever, and also in RAID because sometimes it can block the boss, but if something go wrong it's destroyed in 3-4 hits. The pistols, usable only 2 at time, do insane dmg and they can keep the aggro. So, if you use Golem+Guns, is like being 4 ppl in a SOLO dungeon. You can pretty much leave the comp, go drink some water, come back and find you still alive, maybe with the boss already dead.

Alchemy is not as simple as it looks, it's expensive, 1000 per golem and 5000 (i think) for a gun. On lower lvl they will appear as super expensive prices but on higher lvl, assuming you're not a tramp, they will look like toilet paper.

Just to add 2 things

Always use E after the combo, if you are unable to use E after LLLLR, it's better to go for LLLRE.

LRE = worthless, just a small heal for yourself
LLRE = Spirit Bind, your little pet Razz can come in handy to distract mobs/boss, but is mostly short-lived
LLLRE = Mark of Death, from rD+, you mark 3 same-typed mobs. When fingersnapping they go boom Razz
LLLLRE = Bloody Thread, is an AOE attack, bind up mobs/bosses (forgot how many maximum), and get pulled towards eachother when you execute (unless they died). Pretty nice dmg, and has some nice applications (spin2win lanns will hug you for this on some bosses)
(on all examples, you do R afterwards to execute)

Evie Scythe is a Melee DMG
This is where most confusion is, it's melee dmg indeed, but most of the dmg dealt is magical.
Does it mean you have to neglect melee skills? Not really, but only once you have your magical skills ranked up nicely.

Inserting the scythe guide I made monthsss ago for vindictus NA (so keep in mind it's info for up to boat 4 and doesn't include XE skills and jump attack combos):
