| Welcome!  The EU version of the game is yet to be launched, the rules says no talking about US version but we have nothing else avaiable, no news, nothing whatsoever so I would like to know a bit more by other players  | |

You will be instantly banned. the only rule i figured you folks were talking about ? it is only for proxy talk which ive seen on here already a little bit, i nothing about proxys.
